Can it be used for cold calling?

Yes - for publicly listed business numbers.

If you want to cold call residential or personal lines, you need written consent as it is considered a robocall, so you should be including some sort of opt in letting them know they are consenting to artificial and pre-recoded voice calls.

As a disclaimer - this is not legal advice, please consult a lawyer regarding specific laws and use cases. But just know that this is how we have seen people use it and they've had no issues.

How many people can the AI call at once?

Can call 10,000 leads at a time.

Speaks to 1,000 people simultaneously.

How long can calls last?

Currently the AI performs best on shorter calls.

Anything longer than 10 minutes might lead to difficulties.

The longest call we have seen was around 45 minutes long.

What accents does it have?

Male - Standard American, British.

Spanish (Beta) Female - Standard American, Soft spoken American, Southern American accent & Australian accent.

More accents and languages will be available with future updates.

Will the AI be able to handle specific objections?

Automatically handles common objections like I'm too busy or I'm not interested.

Already has general knowledge of different industries so it will already have a decent understanding of whatever industry you operate in.

We can upload any more specific details of the business that only you or you're employees would know, for example address, specific case studies, your offer guarantee, etc.

The AI will be able to remember those details forever. And over time it'll get better at answering questions that are even related to those details you uploaded but not specifically pre-written, as it continues to improve with use.

What actions can it perform when on the call with clients?

Book appointments into your calendar for you.

Live-transfer a lead to another number in real time.

Simply end the call at the end of the script.

Or more customised actions such as sending texts, emails, payment links, contracts, etc.

Custom actions have to be built with Zapier, which is something we can set up for you. However depending on the complexity of the request it will cost extra. More complex builds require a complexity fee and it's something we must confirm with our software developers beforehand.

How many agents do I need?

So you would only need 1 agent for each specific role you are looking to fill.

For example:

Agent 1 - Appointment setters

Agent 2 - Cold calling Agent

Each agent can handle the work capacity of 1000 humans so you will not need more than one for each role.

I don't have a lead database, is this still beneficial?

Of course, it solves the key problem of speed to lead. Reach out to leads within first 5 minutes.

The pick up rate when first contacting leads is around 10% statistically.

But you won't have to follow up 10 times in order to get in contact with a lead yourself, or hire and manage a team of employees to do it for you.

Can the AI respond to business automated phone answering systems?

(Example: Press 1 - call a customer assistant)

No, unfortunately that is extremely complex and outside of the AI's capabilities.

The AI will hang up either right away, or after 10 seconds once it realises it is not a human speaking.

What does the AI do when it hears a voicemail?

AI will either hang up right away or after 10 seconds once it realises it's not a human speaking.

Our team does have a workaround by having pre-recorded voicemail that are sent out, for anybody who doesn't pick up.

Can the AI follow up as many times as I want?

Yes, so we can set up your agent to follow up with your leads as many times as you want for as long as you want (although we don't recommend you set it to follow up with leads every day for a month or a year).

The amount of times you'd like to have it follow up, as well as the frequency is customisable and we will be able to set that up for you.

Can the AI follow up at specific times of the day?

Yes it can follow up at specific times.

It can also follow up based on the time the lead arrives as well as the time of the previous follow up.

For example: Calls a lead after 5 minutes of it coming in, then it can follow up 24 hours after that.

It can also follow up with leads in relation to a specific event, such as 15 minutes before an appointment, etc.

However this would be a separate agent.

Also, we can set the AI to call between your business hours.

By default, outbound dialling is set to call within 9am to 8pm in the lead's local time zone (based on their time zone).

Where can the AI call?

Anywhere in the world.

Can the AI send automated texts and emails?

Yes, this is something we can set up for you. It will be able to send texts to your prospects before, during, or after a call.

Can also send texts/emails to you or specific person on your team once an event is created or if you need to follow up with that lead.

How perfect is the AI?

The AI is not 100% perfect. There can be infrequent times where it delays a bit or messes up, here and there. But due to the amount of volume it can do, the mistakes are largely negligible when comparing to the amount of times it doesn't mess up. And as soon as you continue to use it, it will understand your business better and better, and over time with more call data the AI will keep improving itself until it becomes nearly perfect.

What industries can I use the AI in?

It doesn't really matter what industry you want to use it in as long as phone conversations are a necessary part of the business. The AI can be tailored to any industry and unless you're in a very niche industry like underwater crab fishing, it already has a general knowledge of the industry you are in.

Can the AI text me with all the info talked about on the call as it speaks?

Unfortunately it can't, however you will have access to a fully generated call summary as well as the entire transcript of the call in the dashboard in the recordings tab.
